"I have been back and forth with the claims facility for over a month now over an accident I had. I made one call to the office and spoke with Caitlyn there and she contacted the claims department and got right back to me and unbelievably got everything settled and worked out and walked me through it all and had the problem solved immediately for me. She was amazing and I wouldn't want to deal with any other offices besides theirs. Thank you very very much."

"I was having trouble with my health care provider not sending documentation to the State Farm Medicare department so they could notify Medicare so they could pay Claims for me. Caitlin came to my rescue and kept on my health care provider until they submitted the documentation Medicare was asking for. Like a neighbor Caitlin was there for me."
